As promised, The Blind Boys of Alabama have unveiled the names of the special guests appearing on their forthcoming, Justin Vernon-produced album.

The album—which hasn’t yet been titled—will feature Sam Amidon, Casey Dienel of White Hinterland and Shara Worden of My Brightest Diamond as guests on three of the tracks.

Amidon appears on “I Am Not Waiting Anymore,” a song penned by Chris Porterfield (Field Report), who played with Justin Vernon in DeYarmond Edison. Dienel performs on “There Will Never Be Any Peace (Until God Is Seated At The Conference Table),” a Chi-Lites song from the ‘70s, and Worden joins the Boys on “I’ll Find A Way (To Carry It All),” a tune written by Detroit musician Ted Lucas.

The album is set for an Oct. 1 release. Check out their website here.
