To celebrate the show’s 20th anniversary, the cast of the popular nine-season supernatural hit The X-Files is coming back together…well, at least for a day.
IGN reports that the panel will take place on July 18 and feature series creator Chris Carter and writer/producers, Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad), Howard Gordon (24, Homeland), David Amann, Darin Morgan, Glen Morgan, John Shiban and Jim Wong.
And just recently, the show’s stars have also RSVP’d to the event. Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny, who played FBI agents and partners Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, will be back together as part of the panel.
While the two aren’t slated for an actual TV reunion, this will no doubt spark up interest of it happening again. Stranger things have happened for the two characters, right?
Regardless of whether you’re a believer like Mulder or a skeptic like Scully, fans everywhere will “want to believe” in a reunion.
