Deerhunter Cancels European Shows From Upcoming Tour

Familial emergencies for members of Deerhunter have resulted in the band’s decision to cancel the European leg of its upcoming tour.

All Tomorrow’s Parties had booked the band for a show at London venue the Roundhouse on Nov. 6. However, the band released a statement to them after canceling the show as well as others in the U.K. and Europe that noted “family circumstances for multiple members of the band made [the cancellations] unavoidable.”

“We are very disappointed to have to cancel our upcoming European tour due to unforeseen circumstances,” the band said in the statement. “We were very excited for these shows…we will reschedule as soon as possible.”
