Actress and filmmaker Amy Seimetz will soon digitally premiere her new film Sun Don’t Shine, a thriller set in locations throughout the Florida coast.
Seimetz, who is best known for her roles in Lena Dunham’s Tiny Furniture as well as AMC television series The Killing, initially showcased the film at last year’s SXSW.
Sun Don’t Shine follows a young couple—Crystal (Kate Lyn Sheil) and Leo (Kentucker Audley)—on a road trip that threatens to ”[reveal] Crystal’s sinister past and the couple’s troubling future,” according to a press release for the film.
The film marks Seimetz’s directorial debut in narrative feature films. It is now available to watch at Fandor.
