Savannah Stopover, a festival in its fourth year and already becoming an annual pilgrimage for many music-lovers, has a knack for plucking the up-and-coming artists we’re anxious to see. The festival draws folks to beautiful Savannah, Ga. for a weekend of music and camaraderie before the mayhem of SXSW begins in Austin the following week.
One of those bands this year was Wild Child, an Austin-based band that had already caught the ears of the Paste editors enough to earn a spot at our dayparties the following week at the Swan Dive. Photographer Mary Caroline Mann spent some time with the band in Savannah, documenting life behind-the-scenes, on the stage and everywhere in between. Check out her images in the gallery above, and relive the entire festival here.
