USB drives are often the banes of our existence—the smaller they get, the more likely we are to use them. I’m always misplacing mine (and all of the important files they contain, like videos of my cats), or forgetting to bring them with me. Memory Ring, a campaign on Kickstarter, seeks to solve all of those problems with its stylish solution.
The sleek design turns a USB drive into a wearable piece of jewelry by folding up and down, allowing it to be stored away when not needed and kept close at hand (literally) at all times. The designer Ming Wu wrote on her Kickstarter, “ It was important to make it obvious that it wasn’t a flash drive at first glance.” The design definitely makes sure of that with its stylish bands and color options.
