I have spent more time than I’d like to admit this fall and winter stalking the perfect pair of Chelsea boots, to supplement the Bean boots I’ve been living in. I have plenty of heeled boots. What I’m talking about are Blundstone-esque, “Oh it’s raining and I’ve been standing for 8 hours and now I need to run clear across the festival and grab something from the trailer? Yeah, that’s fine!” Chelsea boots.
Work trips for me mean running all over a city in one night or festivals in unpredictable weather. You can save your macrame dress and flower crown festival fashion. Give me a denim shirt, jeans, and a pair of any of the boots above, and I’ll be fine for 24 hours (well, feed me, too).
I ended up with the Silence + Noise Treaded Leather Ankle Boot, but thought I’d share some of my other favorites.
