The compilation features several original compositions by Greenwood, including a previously-unreleased Radiohead track called “Spooks” that was recorded with Supergrass members Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey. Joanna Newsom, who is narrating the film, provides voiceovers on “Spooks” and a few other tracks, joining fellow contributors Neil Young, The Marketts and Can.

Inherent Vice , which is set in Los Angeles in the late ‘60s and based on a Thomas Pynchon novel of the same name, is playing in select theaters now and set for wide release on Jan. 9.
