November 6 is the day you’ll finally be able to shoot things on your videogame system. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be out that day for the PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as Activision announced this morning with the corresponding launch trailer above. If you can’t wait that long, you can preorder the game and receive access to the beta that will be running later this year.
If you’re struggling to keep your Call of Duties straight, Black Ops is the one that’s kind of like a spy thriller that started off during the Cold War and strongly hinted that you personally killed JFK. In the sequel you faced off against an army of drones in a near future Los Angeles. Like the other Black Ops games, this one is being made by Treyarch, and will probably involve super soldiers and technology and moral ambiguity and zombies, for some reason.
