The soundtrack to a film Paste readers should be familiar with, recent festival circuit favorite I’ll See You in My Dreams, is out today, and we’ve got an exclusive stream of the title track for your listening pleasure.

The tune is written and performed by Keegan DeWitt, whose credits include Listen Up Philip, Land Ho! and the upcoming Alex Ross Perry film Queen of Earth. DeWitt, who also fronts indie band Wild Cub (“Thunder Clatter”), supplies the vocals for the track, with its delicate arrangement of ukulele and strings. It’s a warm, nostalgic ballad that echoes Brett Haley’s sensitive portrait of a septuagenarian widow (Blythe Danner) as she attempts to roust herself from a comfortable if past-tense mindset.

Stream the title song below, then check out the soundtrack, which debuts on iTunes today.
