The Bridgehampton Farmers Market is set up on the campus of the Hayground School in Bridgehampton, NY. Students from the culinary arts program participate in the market, selling freshly made pizza and vegetables. Visitors to the market are apt to spot flying trapeze artists as they drive in. The school, which becomes a day camp during the summer, rents space to The Trapeze Experience, a professional circus arts training company. The market supports the efforts of the Edible Schoolyard movement, which promotes organic gardening, nutrition and food creation as part of an educational curriculum.
