Cardiknox Debuts "On My Way" Video feat. Vintage Runway Footage

LA-based dance-pop duo Cardiknox has debuted a new single and video for "On My Way" from their upcoming 2016 album — the band is also set to tour with The Knocks in 2016!

Check out their new video for "On My Way," an awesome montage of vintage runway fashions!

"On My Way," rising rapidly on the Spotify Global Chart, has been described as a "future pop anthem" and has garnered significant media attention. Vogue states, "'On My Way' is the sort of song you can hum along to the first time you hear it." The Guardian details the band's "make-ya-wanna-dance" sound, declaring that, "in the vein of bands like Chvrches and the Naked and Famous...if John Hughes were still making movies, Cardiknox would soundtrack the post-breakup scene where things are finally starting to look up."

"On My Way" follows the band's first single, "Doors.Atlanta-bred rapper Daye Jack collaborated with Cardiknox on the track, putting his own spin on "Doors" — the song is a hurricane of whirling bittersweet sounds, inspirational lyrics, and chill vibes, peppered with a hip-hop spin.

The song drew many positive reviews: Blackbook listed "Doors" as one of the "Top 10 Uncharted Pop Songs To Know Now." The song was deemed an "arena-ready single" by Pigeons & Planes, and described as "infectious" by NYLON. Of "Doors," Paste reveals "the track and its accompanying animated video using cells from vintage romance comics, makes good on the band's budding reputation for party tunes."

In fact, Cardiknox was invited to perform at the Paste Parlour in New York during this year's CMJ, recording "Shadowboxing", "Earthquake", and "On My Way" in front of an intimate studio audience, who enjoyed the acoustic versions of their normally electro-pop songs.

Made up of Lonnie Angle and Thomas Dutton, Cardiknox has sold out Mercury Lounge, headlined Neon Gold Popshop, and toured with Betty Who and Bleachers. Over the summer, they performed at Firefly and Sasquatch and embarked on a European tour, where they performed at Reading and Leeds Festivals, Rock En Seine, and Pukkelpop. The band recently returned home after performing at this year's CMJ festival in New York.

For more information about the band, check out their official website and follow them on InstagramFacebook, and SoundCloud. Be sure to catch Cardiknox tour with The Knocks in 2016! Many thanks to Cardiknox and Warner Bros. Records!
