This short film from last night’s Saturday Night Live is one of the most intense things that show has ever done. Between Gosling’s scary commitment to the role and the stylistic hat tips to David Lynch, Quentin Tarantino and the Coen Brothers, “Santa Baby” makes an impact even if it’s not traditionally funny.
