Swedish act Peter Bjorn and John are anything but a one-hit wonders. Bursting onto the scene with their breakout single “Young Folks” in 2006, PBJ finally treated us to their new album Breakin’ Point, out now. As a group formed right at the dawn of the indie-explosion, they bring a nuanced feel to alternative pop/rock music. Their new album will be their first LP released on the Swedish label INGRID, which all three members helped to create.
In addition to a recent collaboration with experimental Japanese musician Yoko Ono, the trio has been remixed by acts like RAC and fellow Swedes Miike Snow. As this session proves, their energy and enthusiasm still protrudes throughout their exquisite and dreamy soundscapes. Watch right here.
