“And if you love me then why won’t you use me?” That’s the question of the hour, at least for London four-piece The Hunna. Even though they have yet to release a full-length album, the indie rock quartet has already garnered a large following with last year’s debut single, “Bonfire.” It might have something to do with their razor-sharp bone structure or their devil-may-care bravado, but it’s hard not to be charmed by the Hunna’s whole thing.
Following the success of “Bonfire”, The Hunna released the highly anticipated anthem, “You and Me” on May 20. They repeatedly reference a Hunna tree on this track, which indicates that the band actually might not be named after a Chief Keef colloquialism. Their songs rush with blood, relying on grainy guitar riffs and powerhouse vocals to achieve that sweep-me-off-my-feet energy.
The Hunna will be touring in the UK and the United States in 2016. You can find the dates below:
