Real Estate Currently Mixing Their Fourth LP, Share Brief Preview

New Jersey jangle-pop band Real Estate are in the process of mixing their fourth LP. It will be their first release without founding member Matt Mondanile, who left the band in May to pursue his solo project, Ducktails. Julian Lynch has taken his place as guitarist.

The band has been busy since the 2014 release of Atlas. Frontman Martin Courtney released a solo album Many Moons in 2015, and the band has been touring frequently, with their first shows with Lynch coming up this fall.

The forthcoming album has received little hype from the band, but in a 10-second video posted to Instagram this morning, glimpses of smooth guitar lines and subdued percussion certainly hint at good things to come. See that video below.
