Father John Misty  is no stranger to bizarre, unconventional comedy. Back in April, he released a few covers of Taylor Swift songs in the style of Velvet Underground in response to Ryan Adams’ cover album of Swift’s 1989. The man’s Snapchat is perpetually inexplicable. Hell, he even seduced himself in a recent music video.

This Sunday, Misty will appear in animated form on Adult Swim’s bizarre, unconventional comedy Brad Neely’s Harg Nallin’ Sclopio Peepio to sing a new and absurd song titled “This is America.” Themes covered are stupid ways people have gotten themselves killed and Go-Gurt. Sound weird? It is.

This isn’t the first time Misty has lent his talents to an Adult Swim show. The unholy Father also offered up his take on the Squidbillies theme song for the comedy’s most recent season.

See Misty’s cameo for yourself above, and watch him in the season finale of Brad Neely’s Harg Nallin’ Sclopio Peepio on Adult Swim on Sept. 19.
