Standing on Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France on a balmy night in July, I was happy to admire the beautiful fireworks celebrating Bastille Day, the French celebration of national unity. I was lucky to step away just at the right moment and only to see the 20-ton truck taking the lives of my fellow spectators just a few steps away from me. I will never forget the sound… I could not bring myself to return to the place until three days later, when I shot some video footage, with tears in my eyes…

Today, I released a song and a music video that are dedicated to the memory of the 84 people that lost their lives in this terrorist attack on July 14, 2016. Sadly, the lyrics and the images apply to the Berlin Christmas market attack that just happened…
