Nearly two decades in, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is a well-oiled machine. It may be hot, dusty and full of uber cool 20-year-olds, but it’s pretty damn fun — especially if you’re handed edibles in the security line. While the music lineup is obviously the draw, the food is a whole thing in and of itself.
