Guns ‘N Roses Add U.S. Dates, Bring Along Deftones, Sturgill Simpson, More

Guns ‘N Roses announced a slew of fall tour dates on Thursday, as well as a bunch of special guests who will join them for previously scheduled shows on the band’s extended Not in This Lifetime tour.

The reformed Guns—with original members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan on board—will head back out on the road in October, starting in Philadelphia, doing two shows at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 11 and 15, and winding up in Los Angeles on Nov. 25. Tickets go on sale June 3, though fans can pre-order their tickets today by signing up on the band’s website.

Joining Guns on the remaining dates of their summer tour will Mark Lanegan, The Darkness, The Kills, The Pretenders, The Deftones, Sturgill Simpson, Biffy Clyro, ZZ Top, and more. Check the GNR site for who’ll be playing in your town.

And while you’re here, check out this crazy video of Axl Rose—who’s been moonlighting as AC/DC’s lead singers since the departure of Brian Johnson—joining Billy Joel (on guitar) for a cover of AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell.”
