Daily Dose: Remember Sports, “The 1 Bad Man”

Daily Dose is your daily source for the song you absolutely, positively need to hear every day. Curated by the Paste Music Team.

Formed in Ohio and now based in Philly, Remember Sports (fka Sports) are back with a new album out May 18, Slow Buzz. Latest single “The 1 Bad Man” is high-energy pop punk; twee, but packed with the biting sarcasm of singer Carmen Perry’s anxious lyrics.

“Oh my god I’m petrified/ We’re so happy we could die,” she sings over scuzzy, wailing guitars. “What could be more dignified?/ Stick a needle in my eye.”
