You reach a certain age, and you deserve a bit of a makeover. It’s only human nature. This year, Avery Brewing is celebrating its 25th anniversary and they’ve decided to give their artwork an overhaul. Avery has partnered with San Diego-based artist Neil Shigley to rework the art work of their cans, starting with their flagship beer, White Rascal Belgian Style White Ale, and moving onto the core El Gose and Bug Zapper Sour Ale. The new artwork will debut during the second half of 2018 and the first part of 2019.
Avery is also throwing a party to celebrate on August 4th where they’ll pour 90 different beers, including 25 different gems from their Barrel Aged Series, including the first chance to try their 50th Barrel Aged beer, Raspberry Truffale.
Even if you can’t make it to the anniversary party, you can still enjoy the new artwork. Check out the gallery to see the new labels.
