Courtney Barnett Plays Toronto in Dreamy, 16mm “Charity” Video

Courtney Barnett has shared the video for “Charity,” a standout track from the Australian singer-songwriter’s latest album, Tell Me How You Really Feel.

The video, shot in 16mm by cinematographer Ashley Connor, shows us a bit of Barnett’s tour life as we find her exploring Toronto’s sights and performing the catchy single.

Barnett brought “Charity” to Jimmy Kimmel Live!, playing both that track and “Need a Little Time” in early August. Revisit that performance here.

She also performed her new album—one of Paste’s favorites of the year so far—in its entirety in Atlanta, Ga.’s Piedmont Park, sharing the full footage last week.

Barnett recently concluded the U.K. leg of her tour, and is currently on tour in her native Australia before she returns to the U.S. and Europe his fall.
