The tongue-in-cheek final teaser for Godzilla: King of the Monsters should lay to rest any fears that the monster flick has lost sight of what makes so many kaiju smash-and-crashers so appealing: fun.
Set to LL Cool J’s timeless “Mama Said Knock You Out,” the clip is one last roll call before the film’s release on May 31. Mothra? Check. Ghidorah? Check. Rodan? Check, check, check. And of course, Big Daddy G rounds out the roster.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a sequel to 2014’s Godzilla and was directed by Michael Dougherty (Krampus). Not counting the giant beasties—though, really, we are—the film stars Kyle Chandler (King Kong), Vera Farmiga (Bates Motel) and the supremely likable Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), among others.
