Australian psychedelic super-outfit Pond have shared the fuzzy visual for “The Boys Are Killing Me,” the latest single taken from the band’s most recent release, Tasmania.
Shooting entirely on Super 8 film, director and Pond multi-instrumentalist Jay Watson captures moments of boredom in airport terminals, forests, front lawns and parking lots during the band’s recent festival stops in the U.K. and Europe. Shots of frontman Nick Allbrook dancing, jumping and writhing like a madman abound, and the video concludes with a frenzied outro by Tame Impala live drummer Julien Barbagallo.
The visual arrives with a fresh slate of U.S. headlining tour dates and Australian stops in support of Mac DeMarco. You can check out the band’s upcoming dates (with new stops in bold) under the new video and the band’s 2012 Daytrotter Session.
