Music Festival is back in 2020 with a big lineup to welcome the new decade.
The eighth iteration of the festival has big names headlining each day of the annual event, boasting The Black Keys on Friday, Smashing Pumpkins on Saturday and The Strokes closing out the festival on Sunday. Once again setting up at Central Park in downtown Atlanta, the fest takes place on May 1-3, 2020.
The rock-centric lineup features more than 65 bands across four stages, including Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Portugal. The Man, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Of Monsters & Men, Liam Gallagher, Angels & Airwaves, Brittany Howard, Drive-By Truckers, Phoebe Bridgers, Orville Peck, Delta Spirit and many more.
“I am really excited to bring our fans a lineup that continues to celebrate both up and coming acts and established powerhouses like the return of headliner The Strokes and first-time headliners The Black Keys and The Smashing Pumpkins,” said Tim Sweetwood, founder of the indie music festival, in a statement. “To be able to produce a world-class festival in my hometown of Atlanta year after year is truly special.”
Sweetwood recently announced that EDM festival Shaky Beats would no longer follow Shaky Knees. Instead, Southern country festival Shaky Boots will be returning after a five-year hiatus to take its place.
Three-day general admission, GA+, VIP and platinum tickets for Shaky Knees are available now. Currently, general admission prices are at $195, GA+ tickets are $332 and VIP and Platinum tickets are $665 and $1600, respectively—prices will go up as the festival draws closer.
