Post Animal Release Another Single from Forward Motion Godyssey, “Fitness”
They've also announced a North American headlining tour

Chicago-based rock band Post Animal have released a new single, “Fitness,” off their sophomore album Forward Motion Godyssey, scheduled for release in February.
Drummer Wesley Toledo has stated that the group wanted this album to be more dramatic, and this single stays true to that goal. “Fitness” is an eerie track with simple drum beats and slow, ominous lyrics that echo in your mind. The mantra “run with me” repeats until it fades to black and we escape from the fast-paced pressures of life. “Fitness” maintains the psychedelic-rock sound fans have come to expect, but diversifies that sound with a foreboding tone that makes the song heavier.
Post Animal’s new single “Fitness” will have to hold fans over until Forward Motion Godyssey is released on Polyvinyl Feb. 14.
