San Franciscan singer/songwriter Sean Hayes has a deep, calming voice that hearkens back to retro blues and soul singers of the 1960s.
On this video for “Miss Her When I’m Gone,” the first single from his forthcoming album Before We Turn To Dust, a nostalgic wash covers shots of Hayes and his family as they go about their daily lives.
In this video, you can see Hayes juggling different roles, as a performer, husband and brand-new father to a precious, happy child. “Miss Her When I’m Gone” offers an appealing look at a very appealing songwriter—one who’s poised to get the recognition he deserves.
