On Oct. 2, country rockers A Rocket to the Moon will release a new EP, That Old Feeling. Produced by Mark Bright (Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood), That Old Feeling features four songs of feel-good country rock led by the sweet-sounding vocals of frontman Nick Santino.

Though the EP won’t be out until next Tuesday, you can stream one of its standout tracks, “You’re My Song,” below. Referencing the title, the song is made up of several signature lines from classic songs. Says Santino: ”[It’s] a song about not getting someone out of your head, just like a melody of a song. With this song, we put [in] influence from all our favorite songs and bands. It’s clear as day if you listen to it.”

Following the Oct. 2 release of That Old Feeling, A Rocket to the Moon will hit the road in support of the EP, beginning with an Oct. 17 performance at Rocketown in Nashville, Tenn. The band is also scheduled to release their sophomore full-length album, Wild & Free, in January of 2013.
