Pennies are useless, right? Not for artist Jacqueline Lou Skaggs, who used them as canvases for a series of 12 miniature oil paintings.
Painted in remarkable detail on pennies she actually found, Skaggs depicts a number of scenes including a bowl of fruit, bales of hay, a baseball and several faces. We think it’d be good luck for life if you found one of these face-up on the street.
