Pete Holmes’ First HBO Special Gets a Teaser and a Release Date

Pete Holmes has been rather quiet since his underrated late-night show was canceled in 2014, but now the You Made It Weird podcaster and stand-up is back with his first HBO comedy special.

Titled Pete Holmes: Faces and Sounds, the special seems to be peak Pete Holmes, with bits about how good he is at sleeping and having a “goof, goof face.” Hopefully there will be something in there about Batman, but perhaps that’s just wishful thinking.

Faces and Sounds airs on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 10 p.m. on HBO. You can watch the first promo for the special above.
