On Sept. 9, 1984, dignitaries from throughout the entertainment industry paid tribute to legendary music promoter Bill Graham at the Marin Civic Auditorium in San Rafael, Cali. In between sets by Jerry Garcia, Carlos Santana, George Thorogood and other musicians, a variety of comedians performed, including Robin Williams.
