InkyPen Brings Comic Reading to the Nintendo Switch

InkyPen was announced for Nintendo Switch Tuesday, and will be the first comic reading app to come to a Nintendo console. It’s a subscription service claiming to offer thousands of titles from publishers including Valiant, Image, IDW and more. InkyPen is available globally, and exclusively on Switch this November.

For comics readers who like to read on the go, but don’t like plans like ComiXology Unlimited or Marvel Unlimited, this could be a niche solution. For $7.99 a month, subscribers can enjoy an all-you-can-eat comic reading experience. At first, InkyPen will be English-only, then branch out to other languages, and even other devices. Anyone who begins a subscription will be able to use that on any devices launched in the future, as well. Plus, look at that adorable fox mascot!

Anyone looking to bring more versatility to their Switch, look for InkyPen to hit the eStore this November. You can find out more about the app on its website here.
