The World Class Bartender of the Year competition is a week-long series of events that aims to find the best bartender in the world. It’s happening in Miami right now, as bartenders from 58 countries have converged on South Beach to battle it out in events that test a bartender’s speed, creativity, even his/her ability to build a pop-up bar. And Paste is on the ground taking it all in. Check out the gallery to see the personalities and cocktails that are involved in this one-of-a-kind celebration of all things booze.
