Baby it’s cold outside, and there’s no better way to warm yourself up than with a delicious cocktail. If you’re looking for a cocktail to curl up with by the fire, here are a few that are guaranteed to impress.

1.75 oz. Slane Irish Whiskey
.5 oz. Demerara simple syrup (2:1, sugar to water)
2.5 oz. hot strong brewed coffee
1 oz. cream float*
Directions:In a heatproof Georgian glass, add Slane Irish Whiskey, Demerara simple syrup and coffee. Leave room at the top for the heavy cream. Stir gently. Float a thin layer of cream on top. Garnish with a healthy grating of fresh cinnamon.
For the Cream Float
6 oz. heavy cream
3 tsp. powdered sugar
1 grating fresh cinnamon
Directions: Combine ingredients in a Mason jar or protein shaker. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Do not overshake. The consistency should become denser, but still pourable.
1.5 oz. Cazadores Reposado
.5 oz. chocolate sauce
2 dashes of chipotle powder
Directions: Add first four ingredients to a mug and stir. Serve hot. Garnish with orange peel and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
1.75 oz. Don Papa Rum
.75 oz. Lemon
1.75 oz. Boiling Water
1 oz. Cinnamon and Ginger Honey
Directions: Combine all ingredients into glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon sticks. Serve while hot.
1 oz. Belvedere Vodka
1.5 oz. Hot Water
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
.5 oz. Lemon
.5 oz. Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick
Fresh Grated Nutmeg
Directions: Add hot water to heat glass mug, then honey to melt. Add remaining liquid ingredients. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange wedge and top with freshly grated nutmeg. Option to pierce orange wedge with 3 cloves.
1 oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
1/2 oz. Perfect Puree Blood Orange
1 package of Apple cider
5 Hot water
2 star anise
5 oz. hot water
Directions: In a mug, combine apple cider, hot water, blood orange puree and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve. Garnish with orange peel.
