The beautiful thing about whiskey is that you don’t need a glass to enjoy it. It tastes great straight from the bottle. Or you could just make your hands into a cup and pour a little bit in there if you have concerns about the hygiene of drinking straight from the bottle. It is flu season after all. So, glasses aren’t necessary to enjoy whiskey, but they are so much more civilized than drinking from the bottle through a giant swirly straw. And since this world could be a little more civilized at times, we’ve scoured the internet and found seven of our favorite whiskey glasses. Pinkies out.

Sticking with the mountain theme, you can also get whiskey glasses with ski lifts etched into the glass. Because skiing and whiskey are best friends.

The Everest Whiskey Glass, by Ashcroft. I'm not sure if I like this glass or not. And I'm not sure why it's called "The Everest Glass." But damn is it striking, and I have to admit, I really want to hold it.

Teroforma Whiskey Lover Black: I've never had a black whiskey glass before. It just feels right. Right?

The Corkcicle Cigar Glass: I'm not a smoker, so I'm gonna file this glass under "ridiculous." It has a shelf for your cigar, because cigars are really heavy?
