Summer is here, and for many of us that means snacking at backyard parties, on the beach and in cars along the ride to warm-weather adventures. It’s also a time when beautiful bodies parade around in swimsuits, tanks and sundresses, sparking many diet plans and workout regimens.
Instagram account Calorie Brands puts what lurks inside your favorite junk foods on display front and center. The difference? Instead of the recommend serving, Calorie Brands goes ahead and flaunts the caloric contents of the entire thing with striking images and cutting captions. Obviously it’s not pretty, and we’re aware that serving sizes exist. Still, that four-digit number is something to think about next time you feel like eating an entire bag, jar or carton of something.
