McDonald’s is Now Selling Eggs Benedict in Taiwan

Food News McDonald's

Desperate to work its way out of a sales slump, McDonald’s introduced an all-day breakfast menu last fall, although some felt Hamburglar-ized by its limited choices. Then, the burger chain extended their menu, and has even been testing out new menu items like egg whites, sweet potato fries and kale bowls.

Now, Mickey D’s is serving brunch with eggs Benedict at select stores in Taiwan, according to The Daily Express. However, the meal of eggs, hollandaise sauce and English muffins only comes as part of McDonald’s Big Breakfast Platter, which comes with a side salad, hash browns and a drink.

No word yet on whether this strange new dish will make it to the States.
