Sometimes it pays to be a cable customer. Comcast is offering its Xfinity cable customers access to the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 multiplayer beta. All Xfinity customers need to do is sign into the promotional website and a code with instruction on how to redeem will appear, allowing them to participate in the beta.

However, the opportunity to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s multiplayer is not just for Xfinity customers. Comcast is also offering a separate sweepstakes for everyone. By visiting the website, anyone and a friend can win the chance to play the multiplayer at a private event at select Xfinity retail stores in eight markets throughout the U.S.

Participating cities include:

– Atlanta, GA
– Boston, MA
– Chicago, IL
– Houston, TX
– Indianapolis, IN
– Philadelphia, PA
– Seattle, WA
– Washington, DC

The private multiplayer beta will be available to play Aug. 3-6 for PlayStation 4 users and Aug. 10-13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC users. According to developer Treyarch, players can expect the following from the multiplayer beta:

For the Private Multiplayer Beta, players will begin fighting through six maps – two of which will make their first public appearance. Additionally, fans will play new Specialists and reacquaint themselves with returning Specialists Nomad and Prophet, who will be bringing with them brand-new gameplay mechanics built for Black Ops 4.

Treyarch will also have another beta in September for its new Battle Royale mode, Blackout. Battle Royale is currently one of the most popular genres in the industry and with the Call of Duty franchise adding it in its latest entry, fans are eagerly waiting for the chance to try it out. More information about the Blackout beta will be released at a later date.
