In an interview with YouTuber YongYea during E3 2019, CD Projekt Red Quest Director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz confirmed that, like their previous project The Witcher 3, the long-awaited RPG Cyberpunk 2077 will also have multiple endings that will depend on the player’s actions during their playthrough.
While The Witcher 3 had three main endings, Tomaszkiewicz did not confirm how many would be included in Cyberpunk 2077.
Tomaszkiewicz also stated that the entire game would be playable without using any of the optional augmentations for the main character (aside from the two that are automatically given to players early in the game). Just last week, it was also confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 could be finished without killing a single NPC.
The CDPR developer also discussed that they were “seriously” considering putting a photo mode into Cyberpunk 2077, although he didn’t confirm whether it would actually be happening.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches on April 16, 2020, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. You can see YongYea’s interview with Tomaszkiewicz below, along with a trailer for the game.
