After a long four-year wait, Dishonored 2 is almost here, and to usher it in is one final trailer.
The launch trailer sets up the story again (you’re the empress, another lady steals the throne, you have to get it back with some supernatural help), but it also confirms that when you choose to play as either Emily or Corvo, something bad is going to happen to the other. It’s also a noticeably darker trailer than the previous ones, with the Outsider asking Emily, “How many of your own subjects are you ready to slaughter? What are you willing to become?” while she enacts her bloody vengeance on helpless soldiers.
If you pre-ordered the game, you’ll be able to play starting tomorrow, Nov. 10. If not, you’ll have to wait an extra day to play on Friday, Nov. 11. Watch the new trailer above.
