Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Open for Pre-Registration on Google Play, New Trailer Released

On Thursday, Jam City released the official gameplay trailer for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery.

In the trailer, many of the details discussed in the game’s announcement in December are highlighted, giving Potter-heads the chance to see all the fun and mischief they can get into as a Hogwarts student. Since the release of the first trailer, anticipation for the game has steadily risen, with the game being the first to let players be an original character within the Harry Potter universe.

Along with the new trailer, fans can pre-register for the game on Google Play (sorry, App Store users). When speaking on the game’s Google pre-registration, Jam City CEO Chris DeWolfe stated, “We’re thrilled to open Google pre-registration and share a new sneak peek at how this game will let fans create their own character and enter Hogwarts as a student for the first time.” It was the company’s way of showing gratitude to Harry Potter fans for making the game “one of the most anticipated mobile games of 2018.”
