New Injustice 2 Trailer Shows Off Three New Playable Characters

It’s only Tuesday, and NetherRealm has already released the week’s second Injustice 2 trailer, this time showing off three more playable characters.
Today’s “Galentines Day” trailer not only reveals that Parks and Rec is apparently part of the DC universe, but also that Catwoman, Cheetah and Poison Ivy will be playable in the fighting game sequel. Though Poison Ivy was shown in previous trailers, this is the first glimpse we’ve gotten of her actually throwing down with the other heroes and villains.
Yesterday, Warner Bros. and NetherRealm unveiled Swamp Thing in his own gameplay trailer. His was preceded by Feb. 2’s Black Canary trailer and Jan. 24’s reveal of Damian Wayne’s Robin.
Considering the pace of the past reveals, expect to hear even more about this game soon. For now, go ahead and check out the new trailer above. Injustice 2 is out for Xbox One and PS4 on May 16.
