Life is Strange: Before the Storm‘s Farewell Episode Gets a Release Date

The three-episode run of Life is Strange: Before the Storm has wrapped, but Square Enix is released a final bonus episode, titled “Farewell,” to close out the prequel chapter of the Life is Strange series.
Releasing March 6, the episode will be a standalone episode only available to owners of the digital Deluxe Edition of the game. This final episode will see Ashly Burch return in the role of protagonist Chloe Price after she was previously unable to participate in the project due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. Now that the strike has been resolved, Burch will take over for Rhianna DeVries, who voiced Chloe throughout Before the Storm.
Max Caulfield, the protagonist of the original Life is Strange, returns as the lead playable character for the first time in the prequel series.
The release of “Farewell” coincides with the release of two physical, special-edition releases of Before the Storm. The Limited Edition release will feature all three episodes of Before the Storm, the “Farewell” episode, Mixtape Mode, an Outfit Pack, physical art and a CD copy of the official soundtrack. The Vinyl Edition release swaps out the CD for a Vinyl copy of the official soundtrack.
