The soundtrack for Mafia III has been announced and it’s pretty enormous.
Mafia III will feature more than 100 songs, plus its original score. Mostly sticking to era-appropriate tunes, the soundtrack has a lot of what you’d expect. Can anything set in the 1960s get by without including either “All Along the Watchtower” or “Fortunate Son”? There’s also a few anachronistic songs in the mix there, too, like Delta Rae’s “Bottom of the River,” though it looks like they’re kept to a minimum and still maintain the bluesy, rock feel of the era.
The Mafia III Collector’s Edition comes with a selection of songs on vinyl, so if you’re looking to recreate that classic sound even further, you’ve got that option. The game’s original score comes with that edition as well, but it’s also already available on Spotify.
