BioWare and EA have released two new videos for the forthcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda. One shines the spotlight on PeeBee voice actor Christine Lakin and the other gives us our first glimpse at multiplayer.
Yesterday, BioWare introduced us to Lakin with a short video that centered around not only her personal experience voicing the new Asari character, but around who PeeBee is and how fans will likely react to her. She highlights the character’s humor and describes PeeBee as “impulsive, quirky and very different from the rest of the team.”
This morning’s video focuses on the game’s preorder bonuses, which include the Deep Space Explorer armor set, a golden Nomad skin and a multiplayer booster pack. The real draw of this video is that in detailing these rewards, EA gives us our first look at Andromeda’s multiplayer. Starting at the 12-second mark, we see a playable N7 soldier and Krogan each making impressive displays of their biotic powers.
Go ahead and check out the multiplayer footage above and the interview with Lakin below, and be sure to take a look at the rest of our recent Mass Effect coverage. Mass Effect: Andromeda launches for Xbox One, PS4 and PC on March 21 in North America and on March 23 worldwide.
