Ending K -- aji wo [K]utta
This is another ending that people may have accidentally triggered. In the game, you'll be given a mackerel by the character Jackass. She'll warn you that it may potentially be dangerous to consume. Nevertheless, she tries to make you eat it as part of her research. If you do decide to use it, your character will die almost immediately. This is definitely one of the strangest endings in the game.

Ending L -- [L]onely wolf
The [L]onely wolf ending is another that requires you to flee from battle. In this particular case, it's during the fight with Eve outside the resistance camp, when he becomes enveloped by the robots from the network.
Assume the role of 2B and when you're tasked with taking him on, simply run away towards the huge crater in the middle of the city ruins. A new ending will follow.

Ending M -- break ti[M]e
This next ending for you to attain is another heartbreaker. To unlock it, select the chapter Pascal Needs Help and begin playing. You'll get a message to go help Pascal's Village, which is under heavy attack from enemies. But, instead of going to help him, you'll need to ignore his pleas and wait for all of the machines in the village to be wiped out.

Ending N – [N]o mans village
You can get Ending N at pretty much any point in the game after meeting Pascal. All you need to do is travel to the village and kill every single robot therein. This requires some effort, as you'll need to travel to each of the floors and ensure you've got rid of every last one. Once the village is clear you'll get the ending that you desire.

Ending O -- y[O]u and me
During the full scale attack at the start of the third playthrough, you're tasked with fighting a bunch of YoRHa units and saving 2B. To get Ending O, you need to abandon them and run in the direction of the desert zone. The pod will warn you away from this action, but persist anyway. You'll eventually receive the y[O]u and me ending.

Ending P – corru[P]tion
To unlock Ending P, select the part of the game where 2B becomes infected with a virus -- this occurs at the beginning of route C. At this point, you'd normally want to go to the shopping complex, but just stay still and let the virus take over. You'll soon be corrupted and Ending P will appear onscreen.

Ending Q -- [Q]uestionable Actions
Once you've unlocked Ending P, go back into the game and repeat this segment, only this time go to the shopping complex instead of becoming corrupted.
Control will eventually switch to 9S, with you being notified of 2B's position on the map. Leave her to die by heading in the opposite direction. Ending Q will soon play.

Ending R – mave[R]ick
Yet another ending that requires you to perform a monstrous act, Ending R is unlocked during chapter 14 when Pascal and the rest of the robots hide out in the factory. What you need to do is enter the area, while playing as A2, and murder a few of the robot children. Pascal will ask indignantly what you're doing and the screen will then fade out to show Ending R.

Ending S -- city e[S]cape
To get the city e[S]cape ending, you need to travel to the chapter where 9S goes to unlock the tower doors.
Hack the three security systems in the area and disable the defences, then interact with the door to the tower. A group of enemies should arrive, but that's okay as Devola and Popola will also turn up to help you.
They'll ask you to hack the tower. Instead of doing this, bolt away from the location, leaving them to die.

Ending T -- fa[T]al error
When I say some of the endings in Nier: Automata are obscure, this is what I mean. To get Ending T, you have to go to your start screen, select pod programs and destroy your OS chip. It's an action not demanded of you anywhere else in the game, so it requires you to do a bit of menu exploration in order to find it.
