Yarn Yoshi Is Headed to 3DS in Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World

Along with Super Mario Maker becoming Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo announced today that Yoshi’s Woolly World is also getting the 3DS treatment.

Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World, as the 3DS version will be called, will have all of the Wii U original’s levels, as well as exclusive levels and abilities for Poochy, Yoshi’s yarn dog friend. There will also be 30 stop-motion animated shorts featuring Yoshi and Poochy included with the game, just in case a game’s worth of adorable yarn cuteness wasn’t enough for you.

A yarn Amiibo of Poochy will launch on the same day as Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World: Feb. 3, 2017.
