When opportunity came knocking, director Mike Flanagan opened the door—he’s just lucky it was a Netflix deal on the other side and not a deranged masked murderer like the one in his recently acquired movie Hush. The director of the well-regarded Oculus now has a distributor for his latest horror flick.
Hush premiered at SXSW this weekend and will be streaming on Netflix on April 8. Co-writer Kate Siegel stars in the low-budget film as a reclusive hearing impaired author who is stalked by a killer. The movie also stars The Newsroom’s John Gallagher Jr., Michael Trucco and Samantha Sloyan. You can check out the official trailer below.
