Watch the Hilarious Red-Band Trailer for The Hitman’s Bodyguard

Ryan Reynolds is really capitalizing on his Wade Wilson fame in the new red-band trailer for The Hitman’s Bodyguard, a new comedy that pairs Reynolds with Samuel L. Jackson. And it looks hilarious.

Reynolds plays a bodyguard who’s been tasked with protecting a hitman (Jackson) for 24 hours, while they attempt to get Jackson to testify at the International Court of Justice. Unsurprisingly, Jackson’s hitman is less than thrilled to be accompanied by Reynolds. Additionally, we get plenty of explosions, car chases and gunfights. How cool would it be if this turned out to be a meta Deadpool vs. Nick Fury scenario? Well, we can dream.

The Hitman’s Bodyguard hits theaters on Aug. 18. Check out the trailer above.
